At Codekeeper, we are committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. This Code sets out the principles we expect all team members to follow in their daily work. It reflects our dedication to integrity, transparency, and compliance with the law.

Respecting human rights: Upholding dignity and equality

Codekeeper is committed to respecting human rights in everything we do. This includes avoiding harm to others and taking responsibility for any negative impact we may have. We expect the same respect for human rights from our team members, partners, vendors, and customers.

Fair dealing: Acting with integrity and ethical standards

We hold ourselves to high standards of legal and ethical behavior. This includes full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations — and exceeding them where possible. Every team member is responsible for upholding these standards.

Unfair practices such as misrepresentation, manipulation, withholding critical information, or misuse of insider knowledge are strictly prohibited. Honesty and transparency are non-negotiable in all interactions.

We also enforce a zero-tolerance policy on bribes and improper payments. No team member may offer or accept such payments to secure business or personal advantage. Any violations will result in disciplinary action.

Codekeeper’s relationship with partners, competitors, and vendors

Our success depends on strong, ethical relationships. Whether we are working with customers, competitors, vendors, contractors, or subcontractors, we expect all interactions to be fair, respectful, and transparent.

We expect the same standards from our business partners — and we work to create relationships built on mutual trust and benefit.


Codekeeper’s commitment to fair competition

We believe in healthy competition. All team members are expected to avoid unethical practices such as price-fixing, bid-rigging, or market division. We compete on merit — never through manipulation.

Relationship with competitors

We treat competitors with professionalism and respect. While understanding market dynamics is important, we will never collect information through unethical or illegal means — such as misrepresentation or espionage.


Codekeeper’s vendors

We expect vendors to conduct business fairly and ethically. This includes avoiding bribery, corruption, and any behavior that undermines fair competition. Vendors should deliver quality based on transparency and act with integrity in all dealings.

Compliance with laws and regulations

All vendors must follow the laws and regulations of the countries they operate in. This includes labor laws, human rights protections, environmental regulations, and anti-corruption standards. Any violations may result in termination of our business relationship.

Security standards

Vendors must meet all applicable security standards. This includes protecting confidential and restricted information and reporting any security incidents that could affect Codekeeper as soon as they are discovered.

Vendors must have security systems in place that ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data — both for the vendor and for Codekeeper.

Protecting Intellectual Property rights: Preserving innovation and confidentiality

Security and privacy are fundamental to how we work. Every team member is responsible for protecting restricted information — whether it relates to customers, vendors, or colleagues.

We use both physical and electronic safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of confidential, proprietary, or personal information.

All technology and information transfers must respect intellectual property rights. Team members must follow relevant privacy and information security laws throughout the entire information lifecycle: from collection and storage to processing and sharing.

By doing so, we not only meet our legal obligations — we also build trust with everyone we do business with. 

Reporting violations

This Code reflects our commitment to ethical behavior, accountability, and transparency. Each team member has a duty to follow and uphold these principles. If you see or suspect a violation of this Code, we encourage you to report it. We take all reports seriously and investigate them fairly and promptly.
