Our mission

We created Codekeeper because we saw regulatory requirements putting impossible pressure on organizations to prove their software resilience. We believed there should be a simpler way to satisfy regulators. So we engineered modern escrow solutions that help vendors and clients guarantee their software continuity.

Our story

We launched Codekeeper in 2014 to integrate source code escrow with modern development platforms. In 2018, we introduced Automatic Deposit Sync, the first solution to automatically update escrowed code and eliminate manual deposits and release mismatches. Since then, we've built four major releases of our platform, now evolving into our fifth and best iteration yet—the complete software resilience solution.
